Rotunda, the very heart of San Francisco City Hall, is such a great place for a civil ceremony. With its soft lights, beautiful architecture and lovely chandeliers Rotunda is absolutely perfect for wedding photos. Obviously, a public place as beautiful as the Rotunda attracts a crowd, but if you get there early in the morning or late in the afternoon, you are more likely to have the place to yourself.
